Financial Planning Analyst

Location: Northampton (hybrid working)

Salary: £65K depending on experience

T2M Resourcing is exclusively recruiting for this Financial Planning Analyst role within a growing business.

As a Financial Planning Analyst, you will act as a key business partner, providing critical financial insights and driving strategic decision-making, including creating financial models and business tools.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Collaborating across the business to provide high-quality financial analysis and business insights on department performance.
2. Supporting business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
3. Assisting with strategic planning and long-term financial modelling.
4. Planning and controlling working capital requirements.
5. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis activities.
6. Undertaking ad-hoc projects as required.

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

1. Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA) or equivalent.
2. Proven FP&A and/or business partnering skills.
3. Strong financial analysis and modelling skills, capable of providing high-quality data and insights promptly.
4. Familiarity with Excel & PowerBI.
5. Excellent communication skills to support senior finance and non-finance staff.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. A flexible and agile approach, with the ability to meet deadlines.
