Sage Homes is seeking a commercially focused FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting and business partnering across the organisation.
The role will analyse financial performance, challenge assumptions and contribute to long-term planning and decision-making. It is a hybrid contract with three days in Northampton and two days remotely if required.

Sage Homes are looking for a commercially focused FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, performance reporting and business partnering activities across the organisation. The role will play a key part in delivering high-quality financial insight, supporting decision-making and driving continuous improvement within the FP&A function.
Working closely with operational and corporate stakeholders, the successful candidate will be responsible for analysing financial performance, challenging assumptions and contributing to budgeting, forecasting and longer-term financial planning processes.
The role is on a hybrid contract, 3 days per week in our Northampton office and 2 days remotely if required.
