Salary: £45,924 per annum, rising to £48,000 after probation

Location: Hybrid: London, Surrey or Midlands

We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Financial Planning Analyst to join our team and help shape the future of PA Housing. You’ll be working on long-term business plans, supporting growth projects, analysing financial data, and producing reports that really matter.

It’s a hands-on role where you’ll get to explore the detail, spot trends, and help senior leaders make smart decisions. If you like turning complex data into clear insight — and making sure every penny counts — we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing…

• Maintain and update long-term financial plans using Brixx
• Carry out stress testing and scenario planning to support business decisions
• Support financial reporting to senior leaders and the Board
• Work with teams across the business on sales, development, and M&A activity
• Monitor financial performance and assess external trends or risks
• Provide analysis on contractor credit risk and economic outlook
• Support the Financial Planning Manager with quarterly reports and planning insights
• Collaborate with Treasury, Development, and Asset teams on joined-up forecasts

What we’re looking for…

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Have experience in a financial planning or analysis role
• Are confident using Brixx and Excel to a high standard
• Understand credit risk and financial modelling
• Can explain complex data in a way that’s clear and useful
• Are organised, analytical, and focused on getting the details right
• Work well under pressure and can juggle multiple priorities
• Have experience working in or around social housing (ideal but not essential)
• Are open, approachable, and happy working with people across all levels of the business
