Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Finance professional to join Corporate Financial Planning on a 10-month fixed-term contract at our Windsor Global Headquarters. You will shape financial plans and support strategic decision-making across the business, working closely with senior leaders including the Group CFO, Executive Committee, and Board.

You will develop budgets, coordinate across regions, prepare analysis for reviews, and help drive improvements in planning processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in FP&A, corporate planning, strategy, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect data, trends, and business insights.
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with planning tools such as Essbase is advantageous.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver high-quality work to demanding timelines.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams.
  • A curious mindset and a desire to understand the drivers of enterprise value and business performance.

  • Collaborate effectively across teams, geographies, and cultures to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Are you looking to broaden your commercial and strategic finance experience while gaining exposure to senior leadership decision-making?

We have an opportunity to join the Corporate Financial Planning team on a 10-month fixed term contract, based at our Global Headquarters in Windsor, playing a key role in shaping financial plans and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.

Working closely with senior leaders, including the Group CFO, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors, you'll contribute to the financial planning processes that help drive business performance and long-term growth.
