Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a commercially minded FP&A professional to join the Corporate Financial Planning team on a 10-month fixed-term contract based at our Global Headquarters in Windsor. You will shape financial plans, support strategic decision-making, and partner with senior leaders to drive long-term growth.

You will develop budgets, collaborate with regional teams, prepare executive-level analyses, and monitor progress across geographies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), corporate planning, strategy, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect data, trends, and business insights.
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; planning tools such as Essbase are advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work to tight timelines.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Curious mindset and ability to understand drivers of enterprise value.
