About the Role

We are excited to offer a position in our newly formed Commercial Finance team that values innovation and creativity. We support our operations team passionately and are dedicated to our pubs' success. As an FP&A Analyst, you will produce regular reports, conduct detailed analysis, and influence strategic decisions to improve operational efficiency. You will assist with budgeting, forecasting, and collaborate with our Management Accounts team in London to ensure smooth month-end processes.

We seek someone who loves Excel, communicates effectively across all levels, and is enthusiastic about learning and contributing to our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly trading analysis
• Prepare monthly KPI reports and contribute to the monthly presentation deck
• Develop analytical reports to aid decision-making
