Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Overview

This position offers a hybrid working arrangement and excellent career progression opportunities within a global technology company based in Feltham.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage and deliver quarterly forecasts, providing insights into business risks and opportunities.
  2. Develop and oversee the Annual Operating Plans in line with global timelines.
  3. Report on monthly financial and operational performance, including variance analysis.
  4. Support the development and maintenance of planning and analysis capabilities, providing analytical reports and tools to leadership.
  5. Review analysis and commentary for actuals reporting, quarterly forecasts, and annual plans.
  6. Create and maintain strategic planning models to aid decision-making.
  7. Partner with senior stakeholders from business units, offering financial and commercial support.
  8. Extract and analyze data from multiple sources using Excel.
  9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Finance and the wider organization.
  10. Provide expertise in pricing strategy, investment appraisal, profitability analysis, and deal structuring.
  11. Collaborate closely with the Accounting team to ensure alignment.
  12. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA).
  • Proficiency in IT, including Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Experience with financial systems, including creating reports within FPA tools (Oracle and Hyperion preferred).
  • Proven experience in business partnership and commercial analysis, especially in large organizations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Commercial acumen and relevant experience working with finance and non-finance teams at senior levels.
