Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Financial Planning Administrator in Scotland to support Advisers and Paraplanners across pensions, investments and protection. The role offers flexibility, a supportive team, and progression in industry qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Planning, Wealth Management or IFA administration.
• Knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners.
• Process new business applications, fund switches, withdrawals and servicing requests.
• Prepare documentation and information for client meetings and reviews.
• Liaise with providers to obtain valuations, policy information and updates.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation is compliant and up to date.
• Manage workflow through internal systems, ensuring cases are progressed efficiently.
• Respond to client and provider enquiries professionally and timely.
• Support the delivery of a high-quality client experience throughout the advice process.
