Job summary

Reed in Edinburgh is seeking an IFA Administrator to support a high-performing Financial Adviser, delivering expert client service and technical support. You will own research, preparation, and implementation of advice, including cashflow modelling and pension calculations, while contributing to the Investment Committee.

Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, processing new business, and maintaining client data.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Financial Adviser environment.
• Knowledge of pensions, investments, protection products, and trusts.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Intelligent Office and CashCalc desirable.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Studying towards Level 4 Diploma preferred but not essential.

• Support the Admin Team through regular training.
• Liaise with clients, advisers, and providers to resolve queries.

About the Role

As an IFA Administrator, you'll work closely with a high performing Financial Adviser to deliver exceptional client service and technical support.
