SecsintheCity client, a well-established Independent Financial Planning practice, is recruiting an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join their growing team. Working closely with Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, you’ll enable an exceptional service level and support the end-to-end planning

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services administration within an IFA or wealth management environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client service abilities.
• Experience using back-office financial planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners.
• Preparing client documentation and meeting packs.
• Processing new business across pensions, investments, protection and ISAs.
• Liaising with providers, clients and third parties to obtain information and progress cases.
• Managing client records and ensuring all information is accurate and compliant.
• Preparing suitability report information and supporting the advice process.
• Monitoring applications through to completion and keeping clients updated.
