mbf. is seeking an Administrator to join a leading financial planning firm in a central Exeter location. This role is ideal for an organised, professional individual supporting Senior IFA Administrators, Paraplanners and Financial Advisers.

You will handle a range of administrative and client-facing tasks, with on-the-job training to develop a long-term career in financial services. Hybrid working offers 3 days in Exeter and 2 days from home.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial planning, IFA, wealth management or similar environments preferred.
• Professional presentation and articulate communication are essential.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are required.
