Job description

IDEX is recruiting on behalf of a business demonstrating strong growth across the UK, which now requires a Financial Services Administrator to join their office in the Brighton and Hove area.

Role Overview

The role is suitable for a positive individual with experience in an administrative capacity within the Financial Services industry, who enjoys liaising with senior team members.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Managing adviser diaries and preparing review paperwork for client meetings
  2. Completing actions and administration after client meetings
  3. Preparation and processing of new business
  4. Assisting in the preparation of Financial Planning Reports
  5. Handling non-advice customer queries via telephone and email
  6. Ensuring customer administration complies with regulatory and compliance obligations
  7. Staying updated with financial products and legislation, demonstrating ongoing learning and development
  8. Performing other administrative duties as required
Candidate Requirements:
  1. Strong numeracy skills with keen attention to detail
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  3. Self-motivated, highly organized, with good problem-solving skills
  4. Proficient in IT skills such as Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  5. Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service
