Job summary

Exchange Street Financial Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced administrator to support a Financial Planner on a 1:1 basis, owning the administration around clients, cases, reviews and applications.

You will know your adviser, clients, and exactly where everything is, bringing organisation and ownership to the adviser relationship. The role offers hybrid working and salaries up to £40,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in an IFA or financial planning business.
• Good understanding of pensions, investments and protection.
• Organised and confident dealing with clients and providers.

Responsibilities

• Administer client-adviser relationships, cases, reviews and applications.
• Arrange client reviews, prepare valuations and review packs, obtain illustrations, submit applications, chase providers, update the back-office system.
• Ensure nothing is forgotten or delayed and take ownership of workload.
