With a steady flow of referrals and leads from professional connections, they are looking to add an extra planner to cope with demand.

You'll work alongside the MD, who set up and oversaw such impressive growth. Supported by a specialist paraplanner, you'll work with existing clients and build client numbers. About 50% of clients are from the entertainment sector, including sports stars and musicians, while the other 50% are business owners and leaders.

Proposition-wise, you'll be independent, with access to a full range of solutions such as VCT, EIS, mortgages, and protection.

The salary is up to £85,000, with two bonus schemes—one based on quality/values and the other on performance. Targets will be tailored to you and agreed upon at the outset.
