Qualifications

• Level 4 qualification required; Chartered status highly desirable.
• Experience managing and developing an established client bank.
• Strong background in financial planning or wealth management.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Client-first approach to financial planning.
• Commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities within existing relationships.
• Ambition to contribute to growth of a growing business.
