The opportunity

We are looking for a Chartered Financial Planner to join our growing team.

Working alongside an established team of Financial Planners, you will inherit a diverse portfolio of HNW and VHNW clients, giving you the opportunity to maintain excellent client relationships and deliver exceptional results. We prioritize high-quality solutions over high-volume work.

You will nurture client relationships, manage your portfolio effectively, and provide financial advice while upholding Progeny’s high service standards.

You will offer creative, intelligent solutions to client issues, communicate financial plans clearly, and help clients reach their future goals.

Candidates should possess an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and demonstrate experience working with various provider products and services.

Location

We are hiring in London, Chichester, or Fareham. These roles are flexible, with home working and travel for client meetings as needed.

What you will do

• Deliver exceptional client service: meet client demands, keep them informed, and build trust.
• Provide financial plans and advice: communicate clearly, ensure client understanding, and meet activity targets.
• Manage review processes: align with client service agreements.
• Maintain compliance: keep accurate client files and documentation.
• Offer creative solutions: address client issues proactively and reactively.
• Be a proponent of Progeny: understand and articulate the firm’s financial planning services.

About you

To succeed, you should have:

• Diploma in Financial Planning: with an Advanced diploma preferred.
• Extensive knowledge: investment planning, retirement, protection, estate planning.
• Well-rounded financial services experience: with active involvement in delivering products and services.
• Client-centric mindset: proven relationship-building skills with at least 2 years’ advisory experience.
