About the role
We're looking for an experienced Financial Operations Team Leader to lead a busy Financial Operations team responsible for ensuring income and expenditure activities are processed accurately, efficiently and in line with agreed service standards. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you'll provide day-to-day leadership, maintain strong financial controls and ensure the delivery of a high-quality service to colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation.
You'll play a key role in driving operational excellence, developing team capability and identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working. Working collaboratively with colleagues across Finance, Fundraising, Services and external partners, you'll help ensure every transaction is managed effectively, supporting Macmillan's ability to maximise the impact of every pound raised for people living with cancer.
