Job summary

Radius is a global business delivering sustainable mobility and technology solutions. The Financial Operations Supervisor for EV will manage end-to-end customer invoicing, supervise one assistant, and ensure sales orders convert to invoices accurately as revenue is recorded.

Based on Crewe Campus, Monday–Friday, 8:30–17:00. You’ll help implement Salesforce for EV charge point sales, oversee billing migrations, and support the Head of Financial Operations with ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education with at least a 2:2.
• Minimum of 2 years in finance or operations.
• Has supervised at least one colleague.
• Can influence stakeholders to drive change.
• Clear written and verbal communication with non-finance colleagues.
• Checks work carefully for accuracy.
• Delivered a process improvement with measurable results.
• Experience with billing system migration or Salesforce implementation.
• Experience with EV charging or subscription billing.

Responsibilities

• Completeness of revenue: Make sure the team converts sales orders into invoices, with every charge raised accurately and in full.
• Payments: Check that Direct Debits and Credit Transfers are processed accurately and on time.
• Reconciliations: Complete reconciliations across multiple data sources to confirm revenue is complete.
• Controls: Maintain procedures and strong controls so processes are completed in full.
• Systems projects: Support the Salesforce implementation for EV charge point sales and the migration from a legacy billing system to our strategic platform.

Job Description

As Financial Operations Supervisor for EV, you’ll manage end-to-end customer invoicing and reimbursement for EV charge points and EV charging software. You’ll supervise one Financial Operations Assistant and make sure sales orders become accurate invoices, so revenue is complete. You’ll play a key part in the customer’s experience of Radius. Done well, processes run on time and accurately, controls are strong and billing moves smoothly onto our strategic platform.

Your week will include checking that sales orders are invoiced in full, reviewing Direct Debit and Credit Transfer processing against strict deadlines, and completing reconciliations across several data sources. You’ll help implement a Salesforce solution for EV charge point sales, be part of the project moving billing from a legacy system to our strategic platform, and support the Head of Financial Operations with ad hoc projects. You’ll be based on site at our Crewe Campus, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm.

Your daily responsibilities will be...

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level with a minimum 2:2 (Lower Second Class Honours).
• Has at least 2 years’ experience in a finance or operations role.
• Has supervised or managed at least one colleague.
• Can influence stakeholders to make a change happen.
• Communicates clearly in writing and verbally, including with non-finance colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Checks work carefully for accuracy.
• Has delivered a process improvement and can describe the result.
• Has worked on a billing system migration or Salesforce implementation.
• Has worked with EV charging or subscription billing.
