Job summary

WiredScore Ltd. is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to own key accounts receivable processes as the company scales.

You will manage invoicing, monitor outstanding payments, support cash flow forecasting, and help streamline month-end close and reconciliations in a fast-paced, collaborative finance team. The role offers hybrid working, a remote stipend and an annual learning budget, with exposure to multi-currency invoicing and international clients as WiredScore continues to expand its

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• A proactive, accountable and solutions-focused mindset.
• Confidence managing multiple priorities.
• A collaborative team player who's curious about the wider business.
• NetSuite and multi-currency experience? A bonus, not essential!

About the role

We're looking for a Financial Operations Analyst to join our team and take ownership of key Accounts Receivable processes, helping us keep things running smoothly as we grow.

You’ll be responsible for

• Managing customer invoicing and the order-to-cash process
• Monitoring outstanding payments and reducing aged debt
• Supporting cash flow forecasting and financial reporting
• Resolving customer billing queries
• Supporting month-end close and reconciliations
