An award-winning, global Investment business is looking for a new Director of Finance. This exciting new role offers the opportunity to manage a well-established , strong team and be involved in process improvements and transformation projects to improve the efficiency and commercial value of the team.

You will need to be a fully qualified accounting professional with extensive experience of working in the investment industry sector and managing people. The role is at times quite hands-on, overseeing the financial reporting, transactional finance and regulatory functions, as well as working strategically with the senior leadership team.

Duties include:

• Oversee all aspects of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reporting
• Management of the audit process
• Ensuring regulatory and tax compliance
• Be heavily involved in transformation projects

Skills/Experience required:

• Hold a recognised accountancy qualification
• Have substantial experience of working in the financial services investment sector
• Team management experience is essential
• Have tangible experience of working on Transformation projects
