Job summary

Service Care Solutions is seeking a Finance Director to oversee the financial strategy and performance of the organisation. The role requires experience at FD/Controller level, with strong M&A and PE exposure, and the ability to partner with the CEO and board.

You will lead the finance team, drive reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, and identify risks with mitigation strategies. This role offers development opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Finance Director/Controller roles.
• Experience with M&A and private equity.
• Ability to explain complex financials to non-finance staff.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the main point of contact to the CEO providing insight, recommendations and action where required.
• Reviewing and presenting monthly packs for the board.
• Leading the Finance team and support their performance and development by setting and measuring group KPIs
• Responsible for all group reporting including, monthly management accounts with associated MI, quarterly reforecasting, annual budgeting
• Process improvement including improving WIP and debt management
• Leading M&A local including due diligence and integration
• Supporting wirh systems implementation and improvement
• Identifying risks and mitigation strategies
• Act as the organisational representative at the monthly site partner meetings
• Other Ad Hoc duties as and when required.

Service Care are delighted to be working with a long standing client of ours as they look for a Finance Director to join their growing organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing the financial strategy and performance of the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience within a similar role and have experience with M&A and PE.

What you will be doing:
