Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions in Cambridge is seeking a Finance Director to work with the CEO and Board to lead the finance function, shape strategic direction, and accelerate growth.

You will own financial strategy, governance, reporting to the Board, budgeting and forecasting, and develop the finance team. ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified candidates with ERP/cloud experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in SME or mid-sized businesses.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to influence strategy.
• Proven experience leading finance teams and driving performance.
• Experience with ERP systems and cloud-based finance software.
• Technology sector experience would be advantageous.
