What is the Role:

The Financial Data Capture team inputs customer financial information into the Financial Data Capture Tool (“FDCT”). This vacancy offers an opportunity to build expertise and develop key specialist skills while forging strong internal relationships. The team is part of the UK Operations team, an integral part of the UK Chief Operating Office, supporting customer-facing colleagues to achieve business goals and strategies.

Key accountabilities/responsibilities include:

1. Timely and accurate input of annual accounts received from business teams into the FDCT for UK customers.
2. Timely and accurate population of other core Bank systems following UK Operations processes.
3. Collaborating with Business teams across the UK.
4. Maintaining strong communication skills and a “can do” attitude.
5. Ensuring meticulous attention to detail to maintain accurate records across all source systems.
6. Maintaining a customer-centric focus.

What you will bring:

• Minimum qualification of Finance or Accountancy Graduates studying for their ACCA qualification (at any level).
• Ability to deliver results in a challenging, varied, and demanding role as part of a committed team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships.
• Strong analytical skills to deliver high standards of customer service.
