Location: 70 St Mary’s Axe, London or 92 Ann St, Belfast

Role Overview:

The Financial Data Capture team inputs customer financial information into the Financial Data Capture Tool ("FDCT"). This role offers an opportunity to develop expertise and key skills while building strong internal relationships. The team is part of UK Operations, supporting customer-facing colleagues to achieve business goals and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Timely and accurate input of annual accounts from business teams into the FDCT for UK customers.
  2. Accurate population of other core bank systems following UK Operations processes.
  3. Collaborate with UK-based business teams.
  4. Maintain strong communication and a proactive attitude.
  5. Ensure meticulous attention to detail and accurate record-keeping across systems.
  6. Maintain a customer-centric approach.
Candidate Requirements:
  1. Minimum qualification: Finance or Accountancy graduates studying for ACCA (any level).
  2. Ability to deliver results in a challenging, varied environment as part of a team.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability.
  4. Analytical skills to provide high-standard customer service.
  5. Customer focus and accountability.
Technical Skills:
  1. Operational excellence.
  2. Quality control.
