You will analyse alert volumes, improve detection capabilities and ensure robust, risk‑based outcomes while supporting a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Crime, Fraud, AML or Compliance environments.
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends and improve risk outcomes.
• Experience in managing financial crime systems and controls.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day administration, configuration and performance of financial crime systems.
• Build and refine detection rules and tune controls to reduce false positives.
• Analyse alert volumes and outcomes to improve detection capabilities.
• Collaborate with Financial Crime, Operations, Risk, Technology and Change teams to strengthen controls.
