About the role

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Crime Specialist to join our professional Financial Crime Team (FCT) on a permanent, full-time basis.

Our FCT plays a central role in safeguarding NFU Mutual from criminal exploitation. Their remit spans the entire organisation, including the agency network, and their work is critical to maintaining regulatory compliance, protecting customer trust, and upholding the company’s reputation.

As a Financial Crime Specialist, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, providing guidance and training on financial crime matters, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities include interpreting legislation and regulations, industry updates, creating and delivering training, reviewing reports, supporting investigations, and collaborating across divisions.
