M&G in the United Kingdom seeks a data analytics professional to strengthen the Group's financial crime risk management framework through data‑driven oversight and reporting. You will monitor KRIs across AML, sanctions, fraud and customer due diligence, and work with Risk, Compliance and Technology to improve data governance and controls.

The role offers flexible working arrangements and a technical, stakeholder‑facing environment with opportunities to enhance reporting capabilities and risk

Competenze

• Good knowledge of financial crime data and risk management across AML, sanctions, fraud, anti-bribery and due diligence.
• Experience in data analytics, reporting or data governance within financial crime or risk.
• Experience collaborating with technology teams to implement automated solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across risk and compliance.

Mansioni

• Maintain and operate the M&G group KRI framework and tolerances.
• Monitor KRIs and support timely reporting and escalation.
• Investigate data inaccuracies and control gaps with relevant teams.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance and Technology to improve CI reporting.
• Support data governance, MI reporting enhancements and dashboards.
