M&G seeks a skilled data analytics and financial crime professional to strengthen our KRI framework and risk reporting. You will collaborate with risk, compliance, business units and technology to improve data governance, controls and reporting quality across the Group.

The role spans AML, sanctions, fraud and customer due diligence, offering broad exposure to risk metrics and governance, with flexible working arrangements and opportunities to influence global processes.

Formación

• Good knowledge of financial crime data and risk management, including KRIs, risk appetite metrics and MI across AML, sanctions, fraud, anti-bribery and corruption, or CDD.
• Experience in data analytics, reporting or data governance within financial crime, risk or compliance, including data quality testing and investigation of data issues.
• Experience with technology/data teams to test, document and implement automated solutions, maintain data processes and improve controls.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across 1st and 2nd lines of defence, to resolve data quality issues.
• Practical technical capability with data and reporting tools to support monitoring and MI.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and operate the Group financial crime KRI framework and risk tolerances.
• Develop and refine KRIs used to monitor risk appetite tolerances.
• Monitor KRIs and support timely reporting and escalation of tolerance positions.
• Respond to data-related queries from 1LoD/2LoD teams, addressing inaccuracies and control gaps.
• Identify and raise data issues with business units and support resolution.
• Support data infrastructure with CITO to ensure fit-for-purpose data hosting and processing.
• Assist in automated solution development, testing, documentation and implementation.
• Undertake investigation-related data analytics, including client data scans and fraud analytics.
• Perform data quality testing to ensure accuracy of MI.
• Communicate KRIs, tolerances and data quality expectations to stakeholders.
• Identify training needs arising from KRIs or data quality findings.
• Build relationships with Risk and Compliance stakeholders to support risk culture.
• Enhance GFCC MI reporting suite including dashboard governance and periodic reviews.
• Perform data validation and control activities across reporting processes and systems.
