Barclays is seeking an accomplished Integrated Financial Crime (IFC) Transaction Monitoring Project Manager to join our team. Within this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment, responsible for multiple financial crime initiatives in the Transaction Monitoring (TM) space.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful as an IFC Transaction Monitoring Project Manager, you should have:

• Exposure to financial controls/management
• Experience in change delivery management governance
• Experience in senior stakeholder management
• Experience in planning
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Vision

Additional highly valued skills include:

• Strong analytical skills for quality assurance
• Experience with Navigator, reporting, and dashboards
• Understanding of banking governance environment
• Exposure to internal and external audits on governance controls

Purpose of the Role

To manage change projects that help the organization achieve its strategic objectives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

Accountabilities

1. Manage change projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
2. Develop and manage project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
3. Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed and aligned.
4. Manage project teams, ensuring proper resourcing and skills.
5. Oversee project budgets and create progress reports.
6. Identify and mitigate project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
7. Facilitate change management activities, including training and communication.
