A leading financial institution is seeking a Process Architecture - Financial Crime SME to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the Integrated Financial Crime portfolio. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, leveraging data for process optimization, and managing a team to influence strategic decisions. Candidates should have a strong background in financial crime and compliance, with effective stakeholder management skills.
The Integrated Financial Crime (IFC) portfolio is a comprehensive programme aimed at creating an effective Financial Crime environment through over 20 Delivery Vehicles. It focuses on risk management, automation, skills development, and awareness-raising among partners, colleagues, and customers.
As part of the Strategic Transformation & Change Team within IFC, your role as Process Architecture - Financial Crime SME will report to the Process Architecture Lead. You will be part of a team of four SMEs working across multiple Delivery Vehicles.
To collaborate with stakeholders and leverage data and MI to identify opportunities for process optimization and capacity building in relevant business areas.
