A fast-growing fintech company in Greater London is seeking a Financial Controller to take ownership of financial reporting, controls, and governance in a dynamic, regulated environment. You will manage the month-end close process, implement financial controls, and ensure compliance with UK GAAP and FCA regulations. The ideal candidate will have ACA or ACCA qualifications, over 3 years of experience, and a solid background in fintech or regulated financial services. This role offers significant visibility with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years post-qualified experience.
• Proven experience owning month-end and financial reporting processes.
• Strong track record in financial controls and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the month-end close process for financial reporting.
• Implement and enhance financial controls and governance frameworks.
• Lead and support the annual audit process with external auditors.
