Investigo is partnering with a private equity-backed technology business to appoint a Financial Controller. You will report to the CFO and own the finance function day-to-day, building the financial infrastructure to support scaling and future acquisitions.

The role offers exposure to senior leadership, PE stakeholders and board-level decision-making, with responsibility for controls, reporting, budgeting and cash flow in a fast-moving environment.

Formación

• Must be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent.
• Experience with audit and statutory reporting is essential.
• Private equity experience is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to implement stronger financial controls and processes.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all aspects of financial control and ensure accurate reporting.
• Manage month-end close and deliver timely management accounts.
• Oversee statutory accounts preparation and year-end audits.
• Develop and enhance financial controls, policies and processes for growth.
• Partner with CFO for board, investor and covenant reporting.
