Job summary

The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a Financial Controller for a PE-backed energy and infrastructure platform in London. You will lead financial control, reporting, and FP&A, partnering with senior leadership to support growth and investment activity.

You will own month-end close, cash flow management, budgeting, and system improvements, driving robust controls and efficient processes across the UK finance function.

Qualifications

• Experience in energy or infrastructure investment.
• Infrastructure-heavy or asset-backed business experience.
• PE-backed or rapidly scaling business exposure.

Responsibilities

• Financial control, reporting and month-end responsibilities.
• Management reporting and FP&A oversight.
• Cash flow and working capital management.
• CapEx and project/infrastructure spend monitoring.
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Improving systems, controls and processes.
• Supporting business growth and investment activity.
• Working closely with senior leadership and the wider business.
