You will be the company's first Finance hire, with the potential to develop into a Head of Finance role over time.

Initially a standalone role, you will manage financial operations, ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and accounting standards, and oversee complex cash flows related to investment and trading activities.
You will be responsible for driving the firm’s financial strategy, managing all financial reporting including the ICARA process, and ensuring adherence to capital adequacy and liquidity requirements.
Your role will also include leading cash flow forecasting and liquidity management, maintaining adequate capital reserves for operational and regulatory needs, with proper controls for escalations and reporting.
The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with substantial experience in cash flow forecasting and liquidity management within a MIFIDPRU environment. You should be familiar with relevant regulations and possess excellent stakeholder management skills.
