ICAEW in London is recruiting a Financial Controller to lead the finance team, owning financial reporting, controls and the day-to-day running of the function.

You will manage a team of four, partner with senior finance leadership and help the business scale its finance operations as it grows.

Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with strong reporting and controllership experience is required; retail or multi-site experience is advantageous.

Formación

• You are a qualified accountant with strong financial reporting and controllership experience.
• You will have proven team management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Retail, consumer or multi-site experience is advantageous and desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of four.
• Own the month-end close and management reporting process.
• Oversee statutory reporting, audit and compliance requirements.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow and working capital.
• Ensure robust financial controls and processes are maintained.
• Drive improvements and efficiencies across finance systems and reporting.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across the wider business.
• Support ad hoc projects as the group continues to grow.
