Job summary

Retail Insights, based in London, seeks a Controller to own the company’s finances from day one. You will manage budgeting, cash flow reporting, and monthly P&L reviews, while steering cost optimization and intercompany financing discussions.

You will work closely with leadership and investors, supporting sales and operations and leading capital planning and human resources financial processes as the business scales.

Qualifications

• Accounting background with 2+ years at a Big Four or equivalent preferred.
• Experience as CFO, Head of Finance, or Finance Director in a SME.
• Must have UK work permit.

• Prepare annual budgets for financial planning.
• Provide weekly cash flow updates.
