Job summary

OLIX is building a finance function from the ground up as it scales its DX-1 hardware initiative. We seek a hands-on Financial Controller who can own the close, reporting, and controls, while partnering with engineering and manufacturing to ensure auditable numbers.

This early hire will grow with the company and drive financial discipline across production, payroll, and capital. You will help implement ERP, build scalable processes, and establish robust controls, enabling faster decision-making

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with IFRS / UK GAAP knowledge.
• Experience in a high-growth finance function, preferably in manufacturing or hardware.
• Hands-on experience with month-end close, controls, and audit readiness.
• Ability to partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to drive data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day financial operations (AP) and month-end close.
• Produce reliable management and statutory reporting.
• Support ERP selection, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
• Establish audit-ready controls and lead external audits.
• Ensure production data flows into accounting and is reportable.
