CIRCOR International's Hale Hamilton (UK) in Uxbridge is seeking a Financial Controller for maternity leave cover until early 2028. You will lead the finance team and manage all aspects of the finance function, ensuring robust financial control and statutory compliance in a multinational context.

The role requires 5+ years post-qualification, IFRS/US GAAP knowledge, and a hands-on, collaborative leader who can forecast, budget, and partner with management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance; professional qualification mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience.
• Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
• Experience in SME or project-based organisations.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the finance function and lead a team.
• Ensure balance sheet reconciliation and monthly closing.
• Prepare statutory accounts and tax returns.
• Oversee cash flow, debtors and internal controls.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Comply with relevant legislation and standards.
