Reporting to the CFO of this PE-backed high-growth SME whilst managing a small team, you will be responsible for:

Duties include:

1. Manage the month-end process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, including P&L analysis and full balance sheet reconciliations.
2. Working capital management and cash forecasting.
3. Lead the stock costing process, ensuring accurate and timely cost information for effective margin analysis and product decision-making.
4. Lead the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process to support decision-making.
5. Prepare and present monthly performance analysis and management reports, highlighting risks and opportunities.
6. Build effective working relationships with cross-functional business partners to drive process improvements and deliver key business metrics and insights to enable informed decision-making.
7. Provide insight into key business metrics (e.g., profitability, efficiency, operating gearing) to support strategic decisions.
8. Manage a small team, ensuring appropriate training and development.
9. Qualifications: CIMA, ACA, or ACCA qualified.
10. Ability to drive change across the business and improve processes.
11. Strong business partnering and interpersonal skills.
