CMA Recruitment Group is excited to be exclusively partnering with a dynamic organisation in Whiteley to recruit a Financial Controller. This is a Hybrid role offering an opportunity to make significant impact, with responsibility for overseeing and enhancing financial reporting and analysis while supporting strategic initiatives.

What will the Financial Controller role involve?

• Lead all financial reporting and analysis processes, ensuring accurate and insightful reporting for senior management.
• Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, aligning them with the company’s growth targets.
• Drive process improvements in internal controls, compliance, and financial practices across the organisation.
• Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and manage annual audits smoothly.

Suitable Candidate for the Financial Controller vacancy:

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA) with proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role.
• Strong technical proficiency with analytical capabilities to interpret complex financial data.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, capable of managing and developing a high-performing finance team.
• Adaptable, confident communicator with the ability to convey financial insights to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
