Financial Controller
£50,000 - £55,000 p/a, Shoreham-by-Sea (Hybrid - regular on-site presence in Shoreham-by-Sea required), 40 hours per week, Temporary, 25 days holiday + 8 Bank Holidays, Career development opportunities.
The Role
Our client, a purpose-led e-commerce fulfilment business, is seeking a Financial Controller to join their senior management team during an exciting period of growth. This is a temporary position where you'll play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and strategy while managing a small, high-performing finance team. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you'll partner with cross-functional teams and contribute directly to the business's continued expansion and mission-driven success.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in a finance leadership position and bring a blend of analytical rigour, commercial awareness, and hands-on financial management. A recognised accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) or current progression toward one is highly desirable. Confidence in turning data into strategic insights and collaborating across departments will be key to success.
This role could suit someone who has worked as a Financial Controller, Finance Manager, or Head of Finance.
