Insite Finance seeks a Financial Controller to work closely with a seasoned CFO and support a diverse group of businesses. The role offers exposure to a fast-moving FMCG environment and clear progression paths.

You will lead the finance function across multiple entities, deliver timely reporting, and help strengthen controls while learning from an experienced CFO in a rapidly growing team.

Qualifikationen

• Newly or recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Strong grounding in management accounts and financial control.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the day-to-day finance function across a group of businesses
• Producing monthly management accounts and ensuring reporting is accurate and timely
• Managing reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and core financial controls
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting across multiple entities
• Working closely with the CFO on financial planning and wider business decisions
• Identifying process improvements and helping strengthen reporting routines
• Supporting systems development and finance process integration
• Getting involved in transactional finance where needed, particularly in the short term
