Job Description: Financial Controller

This role is a very exciting, team-focused, and mobile financial controller position.

It will work alongside the owner to streamline reporting and financial practices.

With a good understanding of innovations within the tech world, this role will collaborate with suppliers to ensure accuracy across all departments.

Although centrally based, you should be keen to support the team with training and be actively involved.

Candidate Profile

This role is ideal for an experienced hospitality finance manager or controller. It is the first of its kind in the company and offers an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to be part of an inclusive, fun, and financially successful business.

The role involves working alongside accountants to produce monthly results, ensuring all till, stock, and internal systems are up-to-date, effective, and integrated.

You should be a qualified accountant (ACA/CA, ACCA, CIMA) with hospitality experience. Ideally, you will also be connected with the wider industry and aware of current trends in hospitality.

You will be part of the team and should be willing and able to train senior management, helping to grow their financial knowledge.
