This newly created position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all accounting operations and manage the performance of the company's debt portfolio. With a salary range of £80,000 - £100,000, this role provides a chance to work with a team of experienced professionals and real estate developers committed to simplifying non-bank lending.

What you'll do:

• Oversee all accounting operations including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain accurate financial statements and reports for senior management and investors.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external accountants and auditors to ensure timely filing of accounts and accurate audits.
• Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity for operations and loan book financing.
• Oversee the performance of the company’s debt portfolio.
• Collaborate with the underwriting team to evaluate loans and provide input on deal structuring and financing.
• Liaise with borrowers and lenders on the loan book.
