Financial Controller – Hybrid (3 Days Onsite) – North West London – £90,000 + Benefits

Location: North West London, NW2

Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote

As Financial Controller, you will work closely with the Head of Finance and wider leadership team to take ownership of financial operations including reporting, compliance, budgeting, and audit support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly reporting including full P&L and Balance Sheet packs
• Oversee AP/AR and mentor a small finance team
• Manage intercompany reconciliations and monthly financial grids
• Lead balance sheet reviews and quarterly VAT returns
• Support strategic planning including budgets, reforecasts, and board packs
• Play a key role in year-end processes and liaison with auditors
• Ensure compliance with new accounting standards (e.g., revenue recognition, leasing)
• Drive improvements in reporting accuracy and financial systems (SAP B1)

About You

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
• Strong experience in financial reporting and UK GAAP/IFRS compliance
• Confident leading teams and working with external auditors
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, high-growth environment
• ERP experience (SAP B1 or similar) is highly desirable
