My client is looking for a Financial Controller to lead a small team and play a crucial role in supporting the group. The role is a fantastic opportunity for someone to be involved with all aspects of finance and predominantly lead in a commercial finance focused opportunity.

Hybrid working- London- 3 days in the office

up to £70k per annum

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
2. Develop and maintain financial dashboards to deliver vital business insights.
3. Manage and optimize finance systems for seamless data integration and reporting.
4. Drive profitability through detailed analysis and forecasting.
5. Handle cash flow management and forecasting activities.
6. Supervise one direct report (PL & SL), supporting their development and performance.
7. Collaborate closely with leadership and the FD on strategic financial matters.
8. Ensure accurate financial records through oversight of the expense platform.
9. Leverage advanced Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with relevant post-qualification experience.
2. Previous industry experience, particularly in Marketing Services.
3. Strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
4. A confident communicator able to engage with senior stakeholders.
