Base pay range

SF Recruitment are partnered with a PE backed Healthcare company that is looking for an Financial Controller to join the CFO as he looks to re-structure the finance function.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams, improving processes, and driving financial rigor across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of the month-end close process and production of detailed Finance Packs (P&L, balance sheet, cashflow).
• Lead and mentor a small team (2x Management Accountants, 1x Accounts Assistant, x1 AP).
• Oversee and drive the annual audit and preparation of statutory accounts.
• Manage statutory reporting (VAT, ONS, annual returns).
• Support budgeting process in collaboration with the Finance Analyst.
• Champion strong balance sheet control and financial compliance.
• Promote continuous improvement in finance systems and processes.

Profile Required;

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with a strong post-qualified track record.
• Experience managing teams in a multi-site, deadline-driven environment.
• Demonstrated success in process improvements with measurable impact.
• Strong communicator and true finance business partner to operational teams.
