Job summary

The CFO HQ is seeking a hands-on Financial Controller in Kettering to lead the finance function, produce management accounts and KPIs, and manage regulatory reporting. You will mentor a small team and partner with senior stakeholders to drive commercial insight.

The role requires qualified accounting credentials and extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls, with strong Excel and Sage 200 skills. On-site role in Northamptonshire with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong technical and commercial accounting experience.
• Experience at Financial Controller level or equivalent.
• Experience across multiple entities or business areas is desirable.
