What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Financial Controller?

• Provide the business with financial forecasts, insights, and recommendations
• Produce a range of reports weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reporting with commentary
• Build financial forecasts to aid business decision-making
• Liaise regularly with 3rd party accountants, working in partnership

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent financial reporting and budgeting knowledge and experience
• Strong analytical and commercial skills to aid decision-making and insight
• Ability to coach and mentor the team to support career development
• Strong communication skills, as you will be working with senior stakeholders daily
• Previous experience gained from within a professional services firm is preferred
• Open to PQ, qualified, or QBE candidates
