Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1+ year securities industry experience preferred.
• SIE required; Series 7 required; Series 63/65/66 as state demand dictates.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for a high volume of client inquiries via phone, in person, email, or mailings.
• Onboard new clients, open accounts, and research client and security data.
• Ensure documentation meets firm and regulatory requirements.
• Process asset transfers and monitor cash awaiting investment.
• Prepare financial reports and materials for client meetings; input orders and rebalance portfolios.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and support marketing events and training.
